Do you support Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades without long downtime?
Yes. We plan upgrades in rehearsed passes rather than one long outage. On an energy-sector EBS estate we replaced an estimated two-week shutdown with three passes, and on a 6 TB airline database we moved 11g to 12c with no outage and no lost bookings using Oracle GoldenGate.
Which Oracle platforms do you run day to day?
Oracle Database, E-Business Suite, Exadata and other engineered systems, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, APEX and Autonomous Database, plus GoldenGate for replication and zero-downtime migrations.
Can you operate our Oracle estate as a managed service?
Yes. We run production Oracle estates end to end — database, applications, security, backup and DR — including national-scale platforms operated across main and disaster-recovery sites, day and night.

We read the database before recommending hardware. At ELARABY Group a proposed US$180,000 flash array with a three-month lead time was replaced by tuning that carried five times the SAP user load within a week.
